DeSignia LandScape of Charlotte, NC saves Trees and the Environment!
In 2010 DeSignia is mak-ing yet another effort to "go green," and be an envi-ronmentally friendly com-pany. Starting this year we will be printing all of our business cards, letter heads, and letter head en-velopes on recycled paper.
CORNELIUS, NC, February 25, 2010 /Home and Garden PR News/ -- In 2010 DeSignia Landscaping of Charlotte is making yet another effort to "go green," and be an envi-ronmentally friendly com-pany. Starting this year we will be printing all of our business cards, letter heads, and letter head en-velopes on recycled paper. The DeSignia team has a vital appreciation for trees as a natural resource. We understand the importance of trees and the symbiotic relationship they have with humans, which can all be forgotten too easily in urban settings such as The Queen City. While we may only be saving a few trees a year by using recycled paper, every tree counts and when it is all added up with the contributions of other "green" companies, it leaves a large forest still standing.
DeSignia still continues to recycle copy paper at our office location along with used con-crete and pavers at our shop location. We recycle leaves and yard debris by sending them to a composting plant. The plastic containers that the plants are grown in are recycled and sent back to the plant growers. Wooden pallets we receive landscaping materials on are recycled and sent back to the vendors. Even our used motor oil, oil filters, and scrap metal from mower blades and other machinery are sent to recycling centers. The DeSignia team takes every step it can to preserve our environment, since our goal is to enhance the natural beauty of our surroundings.
