Established in 1934, Davis Landscape Ltd. is a company which specializes in commercial and large scale residential landscape projects ranging from $10,000 to $2 million plus, and provides full landscape services for all of their client's needs. Their highly skilled and trained employees work hard every day to contribute to the development and growth of the company. They strive for excellence in all of their divisions including landscape installation, hardscape, irrigation, and maintenance.
Davis Landscape is a steadily growing company that takes pride in its work, producing superior results for their clients. They have locations in Raleigh, North Carolina as well as Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, working the entire East Coast region. The business consists of 80% install, 10% maintenance and 10% hardscape. They have projected sales of $12 million for 2010-2011.
Mr. Swartz started in the industry as a laborer for the Davis family business in 1987. He is responsible for all landscape installation projects. Brian attributes his success to his extraordinary work ethic and having a great owner. He is certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and he is a LiveRoof System Certified Installer. In 1991, Brian was the recipient of the Grand Alca Award for the Reston Town Center project in Reston, Virginia.
