Over two hundred children and their parents spent three months earlier this year deciding which toys are the tops for the Right Start Best Toy Awards. They made their decisions based on durability, play value, design and value for money. The family's top-rated toys were then assessed by a panel of experts including a toy safety expert and child psychiatrist.
