Mickey Strauss Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Mickey Strauss celebrates two years as President of MSM Landscape Services, Inc. after being President and Owner of American Landscape, Inc. for 34 years
SYLMAR, CA, August 17, 2010 /Home and Garden PR News/ -- Mickey Strauss, President of MSM Landscape Services, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in landscape contracting.
With over 47 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Mickey Strauss is responsible for consulting with customers on commercial, industrial and public landscape including landscape irrigation systems installation, gardening and grounds management, and overseeing the management of the company. Mr. Strauss has successfully completed landscape projects for large commercial projects, industrial complexes and high-rise buildings including the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, CA. He became involved in his profession after being inspired by his father, a homebuilder and attending ornamental horticulture class in high school. He attributes his success to his involvement in the business and industry, and his management skills.
Mr. Strauss received his Associate Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Los Angeles Pierce College. He is a past President of the California Landscape Contractors Association, the California Landscape &
Irrigation Council, and the Greater Los Angeles Green Industry Council. In 2009, Mr. Strauss was inducted into the Green Industry Hall of Fame.
