Ms. Horrocks holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Western Ontario. She remains current in her industry through affiliation with the National Association for Call Centers and National Association of Professional Women. In the near future, Ms. Horrocks intends to earn an MBA with a concentration in executive coaching.
