Established in 1996, Jackson Flooring Design Ltd. is a retail chain with 11 locations in the North Island. They offer a wide variety of carpeting and flooring options as well as flooring installation services. Mr. Haliburton is responsible for managing all major aspects of the Napier location as well as overseeing the daily operations. Ian is a member of the New Zealand Flooring Association.
